Projects to try with supplies you have

Enter the paper and cardstock you have (GSM and how many sheets), tick off any tools you own, then hit "Check my supplies." Each project on this page is checked against what you've entered. If you have enough of everything a project needs, it's marked "You have all essentials."

If what you have covers most of what a project needs, close enough that it's really just a top-up rather than a full shopping trip, the project shows "Nearly there" instead of "Missing supplies." It's a nudge that you're only a little short, not an exact measurement.

No. Tools like scissors or a scoring board are shown for information, tick which ones you own and each tool row will show whether you have it, but an unowned tool won't stop a project from showing as ready. Only paper and cardstock affect the overall status, the same way a recipe blog lists equipment without hiding the recipe just because you don't own a stand mixer.

• No bone folder? The back of a metal spoon, an empty ballpoint pen, or an old gift card can score and burnish paper in a pinch.
• No scoring board? Score freehand using a ruler as a straight edge and a bone folder (or one of the substitutes above) to make the crease.
• Don't have the exact GSM listed? Anything within the accepted range shown under each item on a project is a safe bet, and cardstock a little outside that range often still works for simpler folds.
